La recherche sur l'eGovernment renvoie d'habitude à l'étude de l'automation des processus 'd'affaires' administratifs ou à l'utilisation des Technologies de l'Information et de la Communication (TIC) afin d'améliorer les processus administratifs gouvernementaux.
Ces champs de recherche mèlent technologie et sociologie, ce qui la rend précisément si intéressante. Parmi les thèmes que je trouve d'intérêt particulier, je voudrais mentionner la gouvernance électronique de la Société Civile. La fracture numérique en est le mot clé.
En milieu scolaire, la formation assistée par l'électronique et la mise à disposition de moyens et d'infrastructures convenables est l'un des outils essentiels pour construire un pont sur la fracture numérique. Mon thème clé de réflexion et d'action suivant vise à aider les agents du gouvernement à comprendre le besoin urgent et irrépressible de déplacer l'attention d'eGovernment (la Cyberadministration) à eGovernance. Studies in eGovernment usually refer to the automation of administrative 'business' processes or to the use of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) to improve the government administrative processes. Fields of research mix technology and sociology, which is precisely what makes eGovernment and/or eGovernance studies so interesting.
Among the topics I find of particular interest, I wish to mention the electronic governance of the Civil Society. The digital divide is the key word. Training with the help of e-school and suitable infrastructures are essential tools to bridge the digital divide.
Helping the government's agents to understand the urgent and irrepressible need to move from eGovernment (Cyberadministration) to eGovernance is my next key topic of reflection and action. Come back.
